Holyhead | Snowdonia
I visited Wales in 2018 after crossing the sea via ferry from Ireland, headed for England. I saw a cool, unfinished castle, Conwy, that was built for Edward I. We drove through Snowdonia, a beautiful national park, which is worth looking up. We also saw the town with the longest name in the world, Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. We didn’t stay long, and we certainly didn’t learn to say the town name right. But since I call my student travel club Dragons Abroad, how cool is it that the Welsh flag has a dragon on it?
